TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Description of the Service

ReviewGo is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides tools for managing, analyzing, and responding to customer reviews on third-party platforms such as Google Business Profile.

ReviewGo is a technical software tool only. ReviewGo does not act as a marketing agency, reputation management agency, or authorized representative of any business. All actions performed through the Service are executed solely on behalf of, and under the authorization of, the user.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use the Service.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities performed under your account
• Ensuring that you have lawful authority to connect and manage any Google Business Profile or business data linked to your account

ReviewGo is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

3. Integration with Google Services

ReviewGo integrates with Google services (including Google OAuth and Google Business APIs) based on permissions granted by you.

By connecting your Google account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are authorized to manage the connected business profiles
• You comply with Google’s applicable terms, policies, and content guidelines

ReviewGo is not responsible for:

• Google account suspensions
• Business profile penalties
• API limitations, rate limits, or service interruptions imposed by Google

4. AI-Powered Features and AI Usage Policy

ReviewGo provides artificial intelligence (“AI”) features, including automated and semi-automated generation of review replies.

4.1 Nature of AI Output

AI-generated content is produced algorithmically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or inappropriate despite safeguards.

ReviewGo does not guarantee:

• Accuracy
• Truthfulness
• Legal compliance
• Commercial suitability of AI-generated content

4.2 Auto-Reply and Auto-Publish Features

Certain features may allow AI-generated replies to be automatically published to third-party platforms without manual review.

By enabling such features, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated replies are published as if written by your business
• ReviewGo acts solely as a technical facilitator
• You bear full legal and commercial responsibility for all published content

4.3 User Responsibility

You remain solely responsible for:

• Reviewing AI outputs
• Ensuring compliance with laws, advertising rules, consumer protection regulations, and platform policies
• Disabling automated features if inappropriate for your business

ReviewGo disclaims all liability arising from AI-generated content, including but not limited to reputational harm, financial loss, regulatory action, or third-party claims.

5. Ownership of Content

You retain ownership of:

• Your business data
• Customer reviews
• AI-generated replies produced through your account

By using the Service, you grant ReviewGo a limited, non-exclusive right to process such content solely for providing the Service.

ReviewGo does not use customer content to train AI models.

6. Subscriptions, Plans, and Billing

6.1 Subscription Model

ReviewGo is offered on a subscription basis. Features and limits vary by plan. All payments are processed by a third-party payment provider (currently Creem). ReviewGo does not store or process your payment card information.

6.2 Free Trial

A free trial may be offered only once per user, business, or Google account, at ReviewGo’s discretion.

Free trials:

• Are limited to first-time eligible accounts
• Are not transferable
• Are void if abused or duplicated through multiple accounts

ReviewGo reserves the right to deny or revoke trial eligibility without notice.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the payment provider’s portal (Creem).

Cancellation:

• Prevents future billing
• Does not retroactively refund paid amounts
• Does not restore trial eligibility

8. Service Availability and Modifications

ReviewGo may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

ReviewGo does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

By using AI features, you acknowledge that certain data may be transferred to third-party sub-processors located outside your country, including the United States.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewGo shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
• Loss of revenue, reputation, data, or business opportunities
• Actions taken by third-party platforms (e.g., Google)

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReviewGo from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• AI-generated content published on your behalf
• Violation of laws or third-party rights

12. Account Suspension and Termination

ReviewGo may suspend or terminate your account if:

• These Terms are violated
• Abuse, fraud, or misuse is detected
• Required by law or platform partners

13. Changes to These Terms

ReviewGo may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
